If your next trip doesn't take you to the beach, we recommend trying yoga by the pool. Just make sure to get there before everyone else so you can enjoy the quiet and calm feeling it will bring.
PERFECT FOR YOGA CLASS
Most Yoga Studios have mats to use during class. However most Yogies bring their own. This is more sanitary and recommended simply because the quality and cleanliness of a studio mat, is often not up to your own standards. CLEAN YOUR YOGA MAT
After a few uses all Yoga Mats needs to be cleaned to keep fresh. This is how we recommend you to clean your mat:
1. Put the mat in a bathtub (or similar) and cover with cold water and mild soap.
2. Scrub the mat with a towel or washcloth.
3. Drain. Replace the water and let the mat lay in the new, clear water for about 30 minutes.
4. Hang your mat to air dry.
